Designing participatory formats to promote understanding of soil health

At the Competence Center for Education and Social Transformation (CEST) at the University of St. Gallen, I design and implement participatory blended-learning formats for international target groups as part of the EU project NEMESIS SOIL. The focus lies on creating interactive learning environments in which participants independently work on real-world challenges and collaboratively develop solutions. In this context, I design and deliver webinars, workshops, and digital exchange formats, coordinate their implementation across six European pilot sites, and manage collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
